Their customer service is really good, but their machines kept cutting out, and I had to keep restarting their machines during the entire 72-hour process it took to dry out the home. That was a little annoying, but other than that it was fine. Overall, I would give them a B-. They didn't really do anything besides set up the machines and leave.
