Without a doubt! We would most definitely recommend Premier!!
Because they did a very poor job. None of the plants they planted have thrived or bloomed. I feel I wasted my money. I sent them multiple emails about this and they did not listen. It was a terrible experience.
They cut some corners while doing my project and as a top rated company I did not expect that. They came and did not even have all the materials that they needed. It was not a professional job. They cut the stone on my grass with nothing behind it, which tore up my grass. They did not even apologize. I was told it would be taken care of but I have not heard anything else about it from them. They need to buy some new sod and replace the grass in that area. The communication was not good and they do not acknowledge their mistakes. They were trying to save money on materials which made my project look unprofessional.
They do good work.
In the past they have always done an excellent job. However this year they did not put in some ground cover in one bed that had been part of the contract. I notified them and was told that it would be done very soon. However it was never done.
We've had them do two small projects at our townhome and it was very satisfactory both times. They had a really good response time. We asked them for ideas but told them not only things like what our budget was but kind of what we were looking for as well, and what was great was that both times they were able to take our ideas, turn it into something even better, and still make it work within a price that we could do. What I particularly liked about them was I went through probably at least a dozen other local businesses to try and get ideas and really got shut down because we are in a townhome situation, and they did not even bat an eyelash at the fact that we were in a townhome looking for smaller projects versus these potential multimillion-dollar projects with houses in this area and I really, really appreciated that too. I'd give them definitely an A.
I liked the designer, the guy that organized it, arranged, did the design, and everything else. He had a good plan and made sure it was executed correctly. I'd give them an A+.
I really wasn't satisfied with it. I think I paid too much money for two small bushes, and I had asked Hans to try and get me a landscape rock for the front of my house because I had recommended him for a very big deal to one of my friends, and he never looked into it. So, I'm kind of disappointed in the service that Hans provided this time. My latest experience with Hans, mediocre. I'm disappointed in them, very. I'd give them a C. I'm disappointed in Hans, very.
They were very good. Overall, they were very attentive, took their time, explained things to me, different designs. I'd say a B+, A.
They did the job as asked. We did have some comments and some feedback where in the initial job we weren't entirely pleased. They came back immediately, cleaned it all up, fixed it, so that's about as much as I can ask for from a landscaper. I'd give them a B, since they did have to come out a second time.
We were very, very pleased. They've done work for us before. Just good people, timely manner. It was very good. I'd grade them as an A.
I used them for years. I've moved off the property but I was always pleased. They're reasonably priced and always did a good job. I would give them an A+. They were always on time. They've had to change several times because of the weather, but that's expected.
Premier Turf & Landscaping did a very good job. We like the company in general. They're just very good, very diligent, and professional. I had no complaints.

I had asked for someone to give me a quote for a fall cleanup this year and I never got it back and then I just let it go, but I do like everything they've done for me. I would like somebody to come in the spring and get things cleaned up and in order for me again, if I can get on their schedule for that. They're great. They really are great. I think they do really nice work for a good price, and somehow the ball got dropped on us last fall. I'm not blaming them at all. I would just like to get back with them and get something scheduled for the spring, because they really are excellent. I would give them an A.
They were wonderful. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were honest and reliable. I would give them A-.
They're just very good communicators. They put in landscape lighting, and whenever I reached out to someone, they were very good about getting back to me and taking care of the issues, so they were very responsive compared to most companies out there. I'd give it an A.
I was extremely happy with the work that they did. The product that they recommended that they used for the project—we received a lot of compliments in regard to not only the appearance of the product, but the installation also. They did a Techo-Bloc hardscape project leading into my garage. I would definitely give them an A+, and I plan on using them again this year for a backyard landscape project. I thought the quality of work was very good. I thought the designer that they used was also very good and was able to visualize. We had two designs and, actually, I was only using Premier as a second opinion. I chose to go with them based upon the design that the designer came up with which fit into another project that we did later on, but didn't do it with Premier because at that time, the designer was no longer associated with Premier, but I wanted to use the designer so I used the company that he was with. There was some follow-up by the designer who also led the install team, and he did come by a couple times just to see how things were doing, if we were still happy with everything, if there was any issue. So those people, those guys are a dime a dozen, but as I said, I was extremely happy with Premier and I do plan on using them again on a backyard landscape project I'm planning to have done this year. They were very good. There were some weather problems, had to excavate where the foundation had some rain, stuff like that, so it did delay a little bit of the installation time. And they had an equipment issue, which seems to be fairly common among landscapers, but it was OK. Instead of being able to use a machine to dig the excavation—they had to go down 13 inches—they did it by hand, but it got done. I came across Premier because I was using Best Pick Reports that year.
Premier Turf & Landscaping did work over the course of the year. We were very happy with them. Good customer service and timeliness. I'd give them an A rating.
They came when they were supposed to come, they cleaned up after themselves, they did a good job, and they listened when I told them some things that I wanted changed. I would give them a B+. The quality of work was good. I had a couple things I had to ask them to change because they ignored a couple of things the first time around, but they came back immediately and fixed it. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I used them three years in a row and I would recommend them.
I think we got them from Best Pick Reports. I think their price, their workmanship, quality, and then their responsiveness made it positive. I would say an A-.
They're professional and did the work, no issues with anything. Premier did landscaping work. I'd give them an A.
They were very quick in responding, they got the work done, and they came when they said they were going to come. They had to repair a brick wall and some pavers. I would give them an A.
Over a year ago, they took down a tree. It came down very quickly. They came back a few days later, put down the sod, and it has held up very well over the last year. I'd give them an A+. I don't recall them being late or anything. They were fine, clear across the scale.
Premier Landscaping & Turf re-landscaped, added some rocks, and cut out the trees in our yard. They basically did a re-design and planted some new flowers. I'd give them an A.
