Recognized Excellence - The owner has great. He gave me his phone number and I was able to get in touch with him when I needed him. He came out because my kids were terrified of the ants. He exceeded my expectations.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They found the ants and then they discovered where they were coming from/their nest. The ants were coming from my neighbor's house/tree and they even sprayed that as well. They sprayed the perimeter to ensure that the ants would not come back.

I would rate Pestex a 4.5 out of 5. They have always been easy to schedule with and communicative. They also write up thorough reports so you know what is going on. The only area of improvement would be to reduce the number of visits before the problem is solved.....I understand this is difficult because there are so many variables in this line of business, but regardless, it's something to always work on. No pest company is perfect, but they are not far off and would recommend them to anyone.
I want more human interaction at my restaurant. They always miss us, and are great with your emails. I don't always open them though. They could call or stop in more. It's nagging at me. They're great other than that.
