Patio Pleasures was founded in 1998. What once was a small spa dealer on Bird Street in Sun Prairie, WI is now one of the premiere spa, pool, sauna and service dealers in the area. We are currently located on Main Street in Sun Prairie, WI and Struck Street on Madison’s West side. We are a family owned and operated business.

Areas For Improvement - I always have a positive experience with our techs who do the drain and clean. Sometimes Randy in the main office is a little... hard to communicate with, but he ultimately gets everything in place, so I appreciate that.

In the past I would have but I can honestly say that every time they have done work for us, they have always messed something up. I have made them aware but for some reason they have yet to get it right.

They had me do the measurements, which was fine, but I didn't know the hot tub cradle wouldn't work with their cover. I told them, if they had come out to the site ahead of time to do measurements, they would have noticed an issue with the cradle right from the start.

Called about warranty work on my hot tub on August 12, 2020. As of December 12, 2020 I am still waiting to hear from them after they did come at the end of September, but the hot tub failed to start. Good thing my husband is handy.

Recognized Excellence - The whole team has been amazing to work with from both locations. Always helpful, knowledgeable and up for any question we have as we learn how to maintain our pool. They also worked a ton to figure out how to refinish and replace our old light our pool. They are amazing!
