I'm disappointed in the outcome of our project. Not what I was expecting from what we were told.

Friendly and knowledgeable installers

Wonderful salesman, professional and experienced. The installation went smoothly. The installer even suggested that the water turn on be placed as you step in the shower with the faucet on the other end. With my disabled husband it was easier to adjust the water without freezing or burns. I decided to go without
Shower doors and it made it so easy to get him in and out. When I investigated the company I found wonderful reviews.

I already recommended you. Even with damaged material you were quick to get new and non damaged material for the shower. The workers were friendly and quick to work.

We had looked at similar systems, but felt the options from Kohler were of a higher quality. We needed a safe, walk-in shower, installed quickly. We got that, but the quality of the finished product far exceeded our expectations. Yes - you will pay for it. But we'd do it again in a heartbeat. For us, it was worth every penny.

Better communication between bidder and installers

While we likely paid a lot more to have our spa tub changed over to a large walk-in shower, the process with Pacific Bath from start to finish was terrific. We are 100% pleased with the final product. The Kohler fixtures and materials used for the shower walls is high-quality and a brand we can trust.

Highest price but quality product and installation

David our salesperson was very helpful and courteous. He gave us options and was not high pressure on making our decision to get the shower remodel.

Although there was a bit of a wait to get on the schedule for the actual work, the company kept us informed and updated

Price was higher than comparable work

Good quality work. Timely. Efficient. Good clean up. Good communication. Just what I was looking for.

I had a tub/shower install and it is gorgeous! The guys, Chris and Brian, that installed it were incredibly hard working, respectful of me and my property, and did an excellent job on the installation!

Excellent construction crew except for the attitude of the plumber. Cost about double what it should have.

Great staff from sales representatives through the service representatives all the way to the installation crew. They were all very personable yet professional and the entire process was very smooth and enjoyable.

Very poor communication between salesman and work team which caused unnecessary extensive delay (6-8weeks). Had someone simply come to look at the job once demo had been done to discuss and explain options, this would not have been the case. Everything done by first team sent was redone by second team sent 2 months later.
