Communication between the office and the installer and the office and myself was not very good

The process is solid and one I would share with friends.

Last contact was 06/12/2024 when they advised that they would add a larger downspout to the project and also complete the repair of a water leak.

The quality and timeliness of work was how they said it was going to be.

Considering the way Covid messed everything up they did very good.

The room itself is fantastic, the workers were courteous and knew what they were doing. We had a problem with the timing, they got here late in the morning and stayed late in the evening, and it took much more time than they said it would.

Doug Posey did a good job managing the project and James Montgomery did an excellent job in the construction

Mike does a good job.

They lost my file, so they didn’t know when they received my order. The workers didn’t knock when they arrived, and didn’t show up on time or at all one day. They left caulk all over one of my windows, and smeared it everywhere. The installers girlfriend was confrontational, and they fought with each other during the job.

We like our windows really well, especially the sliding door, we like it really well.

Modern Exteriors does a great job. However, don’t be in a hurry to get your project done! I am not sure if they need more employees or just need to stay on the job site longer each day. If they tell you six to eight months, it’s gonna be on the far side of the eight months before the project is started.

Installation Crew - Will, one of the employees, is a true credit to Modern Exteriors. He and his crew worked well together. From my experience in the roofing industry, he did excellent work when attaching the new roof to our existing roof.

Clean & Safe - Will cleaned the area each evening before they left for the day. That was impressive!

Work Done Right - The form and fit appears to have been done correctly. I believe that if I have a future issue, in the near term, related to the finished construction that Modern Exteriors will make it right.

They were very friendly and courteous. The project manager was easy to work with and they were really nice workers. They just did not get one problem fixed.

We have a big 100 year old Victorian home that they sided . They did a excellent job. Tony and his crew were very professional and asked us all the way thru the project if we were satisfied. When they were done they cleaned up everything and I just love the way my home looks now. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

Sunroom we bought was the biggest waist of money we ever spent . Windows had condensation on them all winter , frost on the inside of windows halfway up 17 ' from wood stove . the guy who came out said wood stoves put moisture in the air , Ha Ha. They had to fix leaks on roof three times or more . Problems with other areas , then they said life time warranty just covered windows and screens and metal not to discolor . When we were replacing it we found out floor was rotted from condensation coming of walls . Sold the windows and door to a man building a green house for $300 , and scrap metal yard with the rest of the JUNK ... Now have a bigger stick built room with Marvin Windows from Southern Supply . blow in foam insulation , and a big covered deck for real close to same price . Do your research , like we didn't do ...

The quality of their work is unacceptable. They are in the process of getting parts to rebuild it for the third time.

I thought the experience was average.

Our windows are fogging over and they're not by an air vent and our old windows didn't do it. It makes me wonder if there's some kind of leak or something in between the two panes. It started doing it right after we got them and it doesn't do it every day, but it's weird and we don't know why.

The only criticism I have was they could have cleaned up a little more.

They did a great job. They were quick and efficient. I am very happy.

I am over all very satisfied with both jobs Modern Exteriors has completed for me. Also very pleased with the way Travis the project supervisor (Foreman) always kept in touch with me on how and when things where going.

They are very tight, well sealed, and good quality. I like the feature of putting the screen up in order to let my cat in the window, so he wont scratch the screen and put holes in it. Also, the utility bill is already being improved.

They went above and beyond for me. They did a couple things that were not in the contract. Tiny things that meant a lot to me. They were pleasant people and when I asked questions they answered. When they came into the home they were very pleasant, not noisy, and did what they needed to do and out the door.

Everyone of the crew who worked on my job was friendly, personable, and if I had a question and didn't know how to even ask the question, they were willing to listen to what I had to say and give me an explanation for it.
