The construction side of Middletown needs work. No one takes pride in there work. It’s not neat. They half fast everything. I had to ask multiple times for things to get fixed that should have been done already. They never worked consistently at my house, so the process took forever. The communication was not very good between me and there project

If you deal with them, take a tape recorder. Make sure they sign the paperwork as well. They are always changing the salesperson.

Communication and timing was horrible

The people here are pretty amazing and do not high pressure you into anything.

From the start, the owner did a site visit which was very impressive, Payton was our sales lady and she was great to work with, Rod was our project manager and he was absolutely the best very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us

The salesman (Sam Julian) was a blessing he never didn’t have an answer or solution to anything rather it be big or small. In fact everyone was pleasant from the ground up a few people I would like to mention from the Fairmont Team. Aberana,Shyanna.Chris ,Tom,Andy and Denny they all are the foundation. And not to mention Donnie for the relentless hours he worked to put the pieces together for our beautiful home.

OMG friends, it doesn't just go to family and friends. I'm a talker I stick my nose where it doesn't belong. I will tell my story EVERY CHANCE I GET, TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN! You need to send me a decal for my car , a ball cap , and t-shirt, tank top...... The whole world needs to know WHO YOU ARE! There is not enough "THANK YOU" 'S to go around. I am 1 VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

They were wonderful! Our process went a little backwards compared to most, but Zac was there every step of the way

Our onsite finishing crew (Camrin & DJ) did an outstanding job and were very accommodating throughout the process. They took a personal interest in getting our home finished and ready for us to move in.

It was easy to do the transaction, and the workers knew what they were supposed to do, and the office people were helpful.

Everyone we worked with was extremely nice and very helpful. From Sam to the crew that set the house to Jimmy that handed us the keys.

I have heard horror stories about other housing companies. From lack of quality, to efficiency, and not coming back to fix issues. We only heard good things about middletown so that is why we chose this company. As a new home buyer, this process was frustrating and sometimes hard. The only easy part was middletown. There was never an issue, and our project manager was great.

We had a subpar experience with our original sales rep, who left the company during the design / build process, and if I would do it again I would want a salesperson who was better able to answer our initial questions about the home / process. Once he was off the project, our experience was vastly improved. I would also have liked to see better communication between MHS and PennWest, the manufacturer of our home model, as we had some major delays on things like windows and some other parts that significantly slowed the finishing process. This wasn't necessarily MHS's fault, especially with respect to the windows, but there were some frustrations with delays and a few instances of lack of knowing when things would be delivered / installed.

They helped me get my loan from a company that was giving me trouble every step of the way. They always answered all my concerns and issues. The house is beautiful.

Home has Structural Damage and Moisture damage have safety and health risk poor service.
