I have been building homes or worked in the industry for most of my life. I am very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the home.
Middletown Homes was excellent to work with, from the initial visit of just exploring options, to the transfer of the key once our home was finished.
They were fantastic. We're very, very happy with our home and with everything they did!
I thought they were all great and wonderful people. They were all nice, and they did everything we asked.
I had good luck with everything but when they came back to fix a few of the issues, it took longer than I expected.
Middletown Homes is not organized and their communication skills are terrible.
I would not recommend them. They tore my yard. They could have parked in my driveway. My yard was so messed up that it is still messed up. They drove over the side of my yard that has my septic tank in it. They broke a pipe that went into my septic tanks. They made my property way worse. There was no need for them to be over there. They also did not put a thing on the house that keeps fumes from coming into the house. My husband went up there and fixed it because they never came back to fix it. Tim was wonderful. He fixed everything that he was supposed to do. He ordered me to doors for the house. Mandy who sold us the trailer was wonderful. She had a wonderful personality.
This is the second house I have had built. The first house with another company was stick built. When it was done I had 6 pages of things to be fixed. This house I only have 4-5 things to fix and they handled that well.
I would never recommend Middletown Homes. They do not keep their word.
My work took a long time to be completed.
They made everything pretty easy. They were very professional and organized. They were friendly and courteous and efficient. I felt like the whole team was really working hard.
The employees at Middletown Homes did an excellent job and provided quality service. Everyone was very nice and cooperative.
It was probably the worst experience that we have dealt with. The workers had very little knowledge of how to build a house. Very poor quality and workmanship on the part of the builders. I would absolutely not recommend them.
They did what they were supposed to do.
I have been very satisfied with everything so far. They have been very helpful. If I have had a problem, they have addressed it!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Middletown Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
