When I started getting quotes for a new roof I found that a lot of Roofer are like car salesmen. They start with a ridiculously high quote so they can negotiate if you get a lower quote. Some of them greatly inflate the amount of roofing that is needing so the price per square seem reasonable. Looking at reviews I found a local company that had good reviews and no bad ones so I called Mancillia Roofing for a quote. Gustavo came over and carefully measured the roof and gave me a quote that called for 600 square feet less than one of my other quotes. I was unsure this would be enough to cover the roof so sent I Misty an email. She assured me that Gustavo was always accurate so I hired them. This turned out to be one of my smarter decisions that I have made. They showed and immediately went to work. There is no small talk or BS with this company. Everyone has a job and they stick to their task. Gustavo’s attention to detail is superb, you can tell this man takes pride in his work. When they finished I have a beautiful roof, . I highly recommend Gustavo, Misty and the rest of their crew.

Additional Comments - I had 8-10 estimates before I chose Mancilla and I have been very pleased with the results.

A tree fell on the house, damaging the roof and destroying the storage room at the end of the carport. Even though it was raining nearly every day, this crew got my house repaired, a new roof and new gutters installed without allowing the weather to do any more damage to my house. Great job!

Price was good, satisfied with quality of products used. I purchased extra wood to go along with the wood provided per contract, all my wood was used but have no idea if the word they were suppose to provide was actually used. I was not present when all the work was done but I did have to point out rotten wood that needed to be replaced. Have several large areas where paint was spilled on rock walkway along with brick siding. I asked for a short section of gutter to be saved and reused, the piece was thrown away and I was not provided a replacement piece.

Mancilla performed a comlete roof replacement with gutters. From the original estimate to completion of project. Mancilla exceeded expectations. The estimate was the one of the two lowest bids of four. They completed work as scheduled. The quality of work was excellent. My neighbor has had their roofer back three times and they are still not satisfied.

They are very professional. I had several contractors come out and they were the cheapest and very nice, professional, and organized. They completed everything in a timely manner.
