I was disappointed. They said the drain lines needed cleaning and said they would do that. The ac didn’t come back on as expected. Called another AC company the next day. he came out and told us the lines hadn’t been drained and the system needed a new capacitor. It has been working since. I had to pay both companies.

Recognized Excellence - Javier Marquez and Tyler Miller have provided exceptional service. Both men on separate visits listened to our concerns about our A/C unit and were great about explaining what they found. They went so far as to show us the part that needed replacing and the new part that was being installed. My wife greatly appreciated the pictures that were taken to show the problem area and the repair work done. It simplified explaining the work that was done. The emailed pictures, invoice and the checklist are an excellent provided customer service. This is why we choose to use Majestic A/C.
Technician was very knowledgeable of the older Trane AC system. Did a thorough checkup on the system and found the problem. Was on time for the appointment. Called first thing in the morning for an appointment on Monday after a scorching weekend. Got a technician out later that same day.
My overall experience was not good. I would not be calling for any more repairs or service.

I actually received three quotes. I genuinely believed the second quote would be the guy, but Dustin came and hit it out if the park. I found them from reviews on various websites. He was on time and his quote was competitive, but it was the way Dustin and the workers conducted themselves that was impeccable.
They were very expensive. Although responsive, they were more expensive than I would like.
At this point the install is definitively compromised and though they have addressed some or perhaps most of the issues thus far, I still have not received any notification on another issue with the outside unit. Tech was made aware during the last visit and I was told I would receive a call from Trane (which I do not understand as this is still under installer warranty), but I never received any callback from Trane or anyone from majestic. This was over a month ago. I will be contacting them in the coming weeks as I am currently dealing with a death in the family. Thus far the installation and support has been sub par at best. I believe they are counting down to the 1 year mark when it is no longer their problem. Very sad as the Google reviews stated they were nothing short of amazing.
