I actually received three quotes. I genuinely believed the second quote would be the guy, but Dustin came and hit it out if the park. I found them from reviews on various websites. He was on time and his quote was competitive, but it was the way Dustin and the workers conducted themselves that was impeccable.
They were very expensive. Although responsive, they were more expensive than I would like.
At this point the install is definitively compromised and though they have addressed some or perhaps most of the issues thus far, I still have not received any notification on another issue with the outside unit. Tech was made aware during the last visit and I was told I would receive a call from Trane (which I do not understand as this is still under installer warranty), but I never received any callback from Trane or anyone from majestic. This was over a month ago. I will be contacting them in the coming weeks as I am currently dealing with a death in the family. Thus far the installation and support has been sub par at best. I believe they are counting down to the 1 year mark when it is no longer their problem. Very sad as the Google reviews stated they were nothing short of amazing.
Initially, I was confident that Majestic was the best choice for ac replacement. Cost was similar or lower than other bids, Manual J was performed and options were clear. They have great reviews as well. After deciding to go with them, communication dropped significantly. AC stopped working 6 hours after installation. A tech was able to come out same evening to fix the issue. Problems happen to high I understand, but I never heard back from Majestic about my experience. I wasn’t necessarily looking for an apology since again, things happen, but I didn’t feel like Majestic cared about me since the job was done and I had paid. I typically recommend great companies to friends, but the lack of communication makes me less certain that I should recommend Majestic. AC runs well, duct rework was good, but Majestic seems like a big company that may not have the staff or time to follow up. Attic was not perfectly clean with leftover tape backing and tape rolls and they dinged my wall without telling me (found it after they left). I may give them another go with tune ups, but my overall experience gives me some hesitation to do so.

They didn't do a good job on any of my services. I have several properties, and I have had to call them out 6 or 7 times. I finally had to call another company to come out.
I will definitely use them again.

I have hesitated to write a review until I had more experience with Majestic. I signed up for the heating tune-up for the fall and wanted to wait until that was done to give a full-throated endorsement of Majestic. I look forward to the fall heating tune-up and expect it to be as thorough as the air-conditioning tune-up. Based on the initial visit, I would absolutely recommend Majestic Air Conditioning.
Workers left some blocks of packing in the attic and the air handler pulled them up into the fan and caused a big vibration and a loud noise which caused us to call the company to come out the next day after installation.
Very professional, they took the time to answer all of my questions. Cleaned up and even did a follow up to see if I had any questions that I may have asked before.
The sales rep recommended installing an additional upstairs return flow. Great idea, A+. Top notch installation in the attic, significant upgrade from the home builder's installation. Problems with the new thermostat, the temperature read-out was jumping and not reflecting accurate temperatures. The sales rep said that he would bring another to see if worked better and then later said that he would send someone to calibrate it. Neither occurred, F-, and I later replaced the thermostat myself.
