The company does a good job and I think they have the right technology for it.

They are just fantastic. They are dependable and come when they say they will. My yard was in shambles, and almost all it turned around in one season. I have one of the best yards in the neighborhood now. I tried to take care of it myself but couldn't. They started in February and March of this year and my yard is beautiful.
Service overall is satisfactory, with the exception of preventing and treating Dallas Grass.....techs still need better education on how to treat

I have not ever had a "project" with them. So not sure how to rate many of these.
Most of my 1 year old sod was killed by the pre emergent treatment before spring. My neighbors also have their lawn treated (by a different company) and it’s healthy and lush. I’ll have to spend another couple thousand dollars replacing all the sod.

First time treatment was awesome, but subsequent treatments have seemed to yield little (if any) improvement in terms of health of grass (green, thickness, color)...still brown patches and weed.

I liked how convenient it was. I was set up on—I think it was just a regular monthly bill, and they came automatically. I didn't have to keep calling to have them to come back. I would say an A+.

There have been several instances where weather didn't allow them to come out, and the very next possible day that they could do it, they would do it. I appreciate that; they didn't blow me off. I would grade them an A+.
