They are the worst company I've ever worked with in my entire life. THEIR PRODUCT IS CRAP. Their product is terrible. The raw materials they used are substandard. Half of the front lawn they installed for me died within three months. The general fit, finish, and execution was really poor. The guy who was the foreman was either improperly trained, ignorant, or negligent. They put down some crushed gravel in an area for me that was supposed to suppress weeds between two houses. They put the material down and covered up all the sprinkler heads. It left water puddles. When they tested the sprinkler system they said they were supposed to do that. They indicated that the puddling of water was appropriate. Upon calling the owner, I asked him if covering the sprinkler heads was some sort of new technique used in landscaping for this type of situation. He indicated that ts was not and indicated that it would be remedied. The remedy consisted of workers simply cutting through the material with boxcutters and tramping down the crushed gravel around the sprinkler heads. Now the sprinklers can water my neighbor's foundation as it had been originally set up. I've never been so disappointed in a landscaper. They sold me a bill of goods. I would have done better simply going to Lowes or Home Depot and hiring a bunch of day laborers.
The best contact person had was Parker Keane. The on going maintenance of the property was below my expectations. I continue to get hassle for an unpaid invoice related to an irrigation system issue - that wasn't properly addressed. I had to engage a separate party. I paid three related invoices for work that wasn't satisfactory. I'm not paying an remaining amount related to the irrigation.
W were very pleased. They are great to work with. They got things done immediately and quicker than we thought it would happen. Everybody was great that we worked with.
I am likely to recommend Keane Landscaping, Inc. d/b/a North Texas Trees to a friend. They did a great job.

I recommend Keane Landscaping, Inc. very highly. They are very professional with good work ethic and exceptional cleanup.
They did not return calls, they put the wrong sod out, the sod still does not reach the end of my house and they only let me know one time when they were coming out and they came out three different times. The only one time was to remove the tree in the front yard.
We were under contract to prune and remove a tree. They were not able to maintain a schedule or not communicating when they would arrive on site. They didn't have the equipment or the personnel. They were able to prune one tree and were unable to cut the other one down. They also underbidded and asked for additional money to complete the job and so I asked for additional bids so that I made sure it felt appropriate, and in the end I selected another company to do the work that was more competitive. They charged 50% up front and it took months to get a partial refund to only pay for the pruning of the one tree.
Sometimes they make some pretty big errors.
I had trouble with communications and getting them to do what I hired them to do. I had to tell them three times what needed to be done and it took four visits for them to come out and do what Kevin promised they would do. There's a problem with communication that I think they should work on.
