One needs to insure that all tasks necessary for the job are included in the job estimate and that the estimator has a good understanding of all visible and hidden tasks. Otherwise one may be charged for Additional Work. Also, one needs to insure that the written estimate given to you by the estimator matches the description of work given to you in the contract to be signed.
