I was satisfied with the work on the day it was done although the workman took about twice as long as I anticipated and he seemed confused by the installation instructions (to fix a gate that was improperly opening and shutting). He did not do some of the work outlined on the proposal but did something more simply and told me it was just as good. A month later, the gate latch started operating with difficulty and they removed a screw which seemed to help. Now three weeks later, the latch has moved out of place further and is operating with difficulty again. Within two months, their solution to my problem has not solved the problem and I feel like I should have picked someone else to do this work.

I use service of this company for almost 10 years. They did all kinds of work starting from fixing 69 years old roof too backyard fence and everything else in between. They always are on time and do high quality work. Especially Benjamin Zonis who is very responsible and highly qualified. Additionally he always takes courses and improves his qualifications. I was very happy with the work that Handyman on Call did on my second story deck. They were reliable, responsive, on time and easy to work with. Their carpenters are good craftsmen and they built a very solid, good quality deck. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
We have not been satisfied with the most recent project. Estimator over promised and the work that was done has not even lasted a year.
We have an area that they were suppose to fix that has a serious crack. We have to try to find some one to resend the area they were suppose to fix and paint. I feel I was ripped off by this company.
