When I started this process I had three different companies give me an estimate for the work to be done. The prices were very close and I decided to give them the opportunity to do the project. In hindsight, I should have gone with the larger company instead.
Everything was good.
The communication was poor.
There was no follow-up.
The workmen were very friendly, did the work nicely, and came back to do a little touch up afterward. I was very pleased with the overall product.

They told me that it would take ten weeks it took twelve months to get the windows installed. They had to come back thirteen times to do repairs and corrections. The manager threatened to sue me because I wanted to cancel my contract. They also forgot to order my windows.
This is an absolutely terrific company. Great customer service. Great value for your dollar. And a quality product.
Every interaction with Gulfstream was initiated by me. They only responded when I contacted them for an update. My windows and doors were ordered during the spring and summer of 2018, when there were no hurricanes. I would understand a big demand for hurricane windows or delays if it was a busy season. But things were very quiet this summer. The contract stated that install would start between 8-10 weeks, they started at week 17.
There are stickers in between the glass that we can't get to get them off. I want to clean them, but I can't.
It's not a company that I will recommend. I am going to post pictures on the review website and leave a report.
They were really good. They were professional, answered all my questions, were on site on time, and kept everything clean. The door had to be reordered, and we're waiting for that to be installed. Except for the front door, everything was done to schedule.

Everything across the board is a 0. They were so unprofessional. I just ordered my windows from another company. They were very rude, and nobody really knew what they were doing. I was trying to check my sizes before I left, and they said if they were wrong, they weren't eating the cost. They pushed me out the back door. They missed a few screws, but I didn't even want to go back for that.
They came on time, did the job quickly, and left.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
