Excellent Carpet Cleaning lives Up to their name!

I have very high standards for the work that is done for me and Excellent Carpet Cleaning met and exceeded them. My carpet is older - more than 10 years old - and had several pet stains. The technician assured me that he could get it out but I didn’t quite believe him. I was pleasantly surprised after my carpet had completely dried that the pet stains were no longer visible and my carpet looked like new. As a matter of fact someone asked if I had gotten new carpets. It has been over six months and my carpets still look good.

I will truly recommend using this company.

I’ve used Excellent Carpet Cleaning 3 times in 2021, and I will call them again. The person I spoke with to arrange the cleanings was responsive, polite, and clear about understanding what I wanted. He described what the company uses, how the cleaning would work, and the name of the person who would come to my house. Both gentlemen who came to my house were pleasant, polite and thorough. I was and am pleased with the work. I had my living room carpet and stairs cleaned and all my upholstered furniture cleaned the first time. Second time it was the dining room area rug and family room rug and stairs. Third time was to remove a huge red wine stain from my living room carpet.

The cleaner could not get the dirt out of the crevices against the wall and in the stairs in between the risers. I was not happy with that. They only sent one crew member and the job called for two. Additionally, one of the hoses on the equipment ruptured and caused flooding on my hard wood floors. This resulted in further delays in completing the project in a timely manner.

They don't do the service that I hired them for anymore. Their carpet cleaning was okay.
