It is always a pleasure to do business with Excellent Carpet Cleaning. They arrive to pick up a soiled rug when they say they will. Their estimates are fair and accurate. The carpet was returned to me in a reasonable time period. During COVID their staff wore both masks and booties in and out of my apartment. This is the 4th time I have used Excellent and I see no need to try anyone else.
