They are timely, do excellent work and have at least one arborist on the work team.
We have used them twice, both for tree removal and tree care. They do what they say they are going to do and do it well. I will use them again for tree service. They are really good.
Already recommended to a neighbor
The team did a good job of removing 2 trees and trimming a third. I was a bit disappointed, however, at the size of the stumps left in place. I was under the impression that they'd be much smaller after speaking with the estimator.

We have used Eastside Tree Works for multiple projects at both our home and my parent's home. Jeff is my go-to guy to help me make sure that the trees around our homes are healthy and well trimmed for safety and aesthetically pleasing to look at!
We will definitely recommend Eastside Tree Works to a friend. They have done very good work on our property
The tree was cut down, the wood hauled away, but the people that ground the stump out, left a huge mess and the fence was never put back as our agreement stated it would be.
We already have recommended ETW to our daughter who had ETW take down a very large evergreen.
We had two very large fir trees cut down, stump grinding, and removal of dead branches from four other large fir trees. There was an incredible amount of debris, which was removed almost as soon as it hit the ground. A great team, from the arborist that first met with me, to the work teams and the front office.
If I recommend Eastside, I would tell the new client to make sure they're clear on what the final product will look like.
We have used Eastside 3 times and have always been satisfied. They are fast and efficient and clean up all areas of work very well.
Completed the job timely, and left the work area clean of debris. Great communication with scheduling. Would definitely recommend.
They were on time, respectful of my property and cleaned up like they weren't even there.
I have already recommended them to my home owner friends
I’ve already recommended ETW as a “really effective but pricey” options to a friend who had a large backyward to maintain
good work done pruning our large trees
The arborist who showed up initially was friendly and informative. his suggestions were reasonable. His price was reasonable- less than I expected.
They did a good job but not 100% completely to my satisfaction. I had to guide crew as to what to do to finish the job. I believe they should have seen the need to tidy up a few things (loose branches, remove branches hitting ground, even out sides, leave negative space between bushes to allow for sunlight, etc.) that I had to point out to them.
When an issue arose with the tree removal, they fixed the problem as soon as they could and would not let as pay until we were fully satisfied with the work.
Quick to respond and communicated well. Rare these days. Highly recommend them.
I’ve used them for years and have always been very happy with the results.
fret service great clean up suggest them to everyone that needs tree help
Always great service and professional staff.
Overall, Eastside Tree Works did the work we agreed upon within the time we discussed. The scope of services was appropriate for the need, and the team appeared knowledgeable about our species.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Eastside Tree Works as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
