Recently purchased a Dolomite countertop for my kitchen. While I understood it is not as care free as granite, I also understood it to be a very durable, high quality choice for a kitchen. I have had it about 1 month and in the area where I do food prep have 2 areas that are etched, and various spots that are etched. I sent an email to the salesperson and to the customer service person 2 days ago to see what can be done and no response.

I left messages and no callbacks. I sent emails and no responses. I had problems with my counters. I know the virus is causing some problems. I had two stones not cut right. Divine Stoneworks has beautiful stuff and they do great work, but my experience was not good.
They were fast designing the work and they really listened to me. It was a great experience.
