Any neutral or less score I submitted is based on Jonathan Parreira’s email dated 10/31/19. The granite we selected and paid for, was somehow lost in the showroom. Losing it was the first problem. Jonathan’s response is the problem. He never apologized. He dismissed it as a course of them doing business. Here’s the bulk of his correspondence: “I have attached 4 layout options here for you. I know you mentioned that you had material here that was tagged. Unfortunately I could not find the tagged material. We have been doing some remodeling in the showroom so a lot of the material has been moved around so the tags sometimes fall out. I have found materials with nice dark veins on them. Please let me know which layout you would like to proceed with so I may separate everything for you.” His customer service fell way, way, way short and it is unacceptable. He missed it completely. No apology, a pathetic excuse for losing the piece we chose and paid for, his comment that we “mentioned that you had material here that was tagged” (no kidding. We selected and paid for the material), and his assumption that we were to simply select a piece based on 4 layouts he showed us, tells me he knows very, very little about customer service. If that’s the message Divine Stoneworks wants to send its customers (taking no responsibility) who would recommend this company to anyone. We are very disappointed. I should have gone to someone above Jonathan, but was too busy, etc., and just wanted to move on. I would not recommend Divine Stoneworks.
I think their followup of inquiries as the process went along and communication could've been better.

I would like to recognize Michael Richwein, the two installation men and Jonathan Parreira for their exceptional service. The two installation men really knew what they were doing and did a nice job. Jonathan was the Customer Success Manager. He was very prompt getting someone out to the house and scheduling the work. He handled any issues that arose.
Divine Stoneworks was very helpful in the showroom. The installers were very professional. The installers did quality workmanship too.
The sales, project manager, and installation all exceeded my expectations.

They exceeded my expectations because we did a waterfall on our island and it's unbelievable. They also included a backsplash with the stone and they blended it in well.

The fit to our walls was perfect. They aren't exactly plumb in all places. Plus, our stone had heavy variation, so lots of opportunity for cracking. The did a superb job.

Divine Stoneworks met or exceeded my expectations with their sales and communication. They always picked up the phone or called me back immediately. I loved their communication. When the installers had to come back to cut out a bigger hole for the sink, I couldn't be there. They were really great and sent me pictures to communicate throughout the whole process.
