They were very easy to work with, responsive when I had questions, and answered them well. They were also in contact with me the entire time. I found them very easy to work with. There was a little issue where the kitchen design changed a little, but they were able to accommodate us easily.

Start to finish, Divine Stoneworks was amazing! The showroom is like a candy store for someone looking to upgrade bath/kitchen. This is the first project I have had to do alone and I was terrified. They paired with my contractor to make the process seamless and smooth. Thank you Divine! We will be working together again!
The sales team was good. Once they completed, there was a disconnect between the installation team and sales. They asked for a deposit to reserve the stone. They came back a few weeks later when it was time to install it and said they didn't have it. That frustrated me and made me wonder why I paid the deposit. No one told me about it at the time.

The countertops look great. They kept me informed throughout the process, did excellent work and were fast.
The sails experience was fine. The sales person showed us around the warehouse to pick a remnant for our bathroom vanity top. We were given a reasonable price and moved forward with the project. The measuring was completed quickly. Scheduling the installation was difficult. When installation day finally arrived my neighborhood experience a fluke power outage 20 minutes before the installers arrive. The installers came and went in under 30 minutes installing the vanity top but unable to make the cuts to the back splash and drill the holes for the faucet. I had to schedule a new visit for the installer to come out and finish the job at and addition $200 fee again for under 30 minutes of work. We had recommended Divine to a couple of friends who are considering kitchen remodels but after this up charge we discourage out friends from using Divine. Also as we plan replacing 2 more vanity tops and kitchen counts we will NOT consider Divine for the job.
Divine Stoneworks did a great job installing. There was one thing they did not do. There was a bracket to secure the dishwasher. My dishwasher was leaking. The leak was because the dishwasher was leaning forward. This leaning was because it was not secure or in place with the bracket. This was a minor thing. We agreed to a 50% down for the Divine Stonework and when I got my statement there was an additional $50 added to the amount. I had talked to the owner. The customer should not be surprised by something like this. The amount was not a big deal.
I would go with whoever Kohler recommends.
