Capitol window and doors came out to the house for a quote and very patiently walked me through all my options for two different doors I needed replaced. We ordered, and once the doors came in they were very accommodating to our schedule for installation. Installment went great and they were done before the workday ended. We are very happy with quality of product and service.

In regards to the quality of the work completed on our front door replacement, we would 100% recommend this company. What significantly failed to meet our expectations was the communication and scheduling of our replacement. We paid our down payment as quickly as possible in July to be added to the schedule ASAP, which obviously did not happen. We were told they were booked out a few months, which we understood. Two months later, we had to follow up to see where we were on the schedule then were lied to about our number on the list. We were told it would be January, though that was what they were telling brand new customers who were just now providing their down payment. If we had not stayed on top of calling, I do not believe we ever would have had our door replaced despite paying our downpayment because we somehow fell through the cracks. We received different answers from different people each time we called. The female receptionist was always friendly and communicated about our project as best she could. There was obviously a breakdown in communication among the employees involved in ordering and completing our door replacement. We understand that mistakes can be made, but we did not appreciate the lack of honesty and inconsistencies of what we were told.

The guys that came out were very professional, quick, and didn't leave a mess.

The whole process was great. Zack Dawson was on time for the initial appointment and discussed our needs and presented products accordingly. The wait for product was as estimated. The installation crew were great, Tim Womack knew his business and his crew replaced the old windows with precision. No touch up paint required and the exterior wrap was spot on. Very positive experience. Value was good.

Capital Windows and Doors replaced 29 windows for us using triple pane sound reduction glass. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!
