It is a useful resource. I have used it with success.
I wonder if Best Picks is a company that was created and asks businesses to pay to be rated and release to the public. I've never taken the time to research their independence to publish to make money. I am curious how legitimate the reviews are compared to the number of companies out there.
Whoever invented the Best Pick reports book was the best thing since sliced bread!
When I have used Best Pick Reports, the results have been very spotty. I honestly haven't used it in 2years. The number one pick turned out to be a nightmare. My last issue was resolved this past Spring.
The Best Pick Reports book is great and I use it all the time.
We have found the Best Pick Reports Publication to be excellent, and just used it again yesterday. They have been a great resource for us as new homeowners. I think the only thing I would suggest for improvement is to add Landscapers to the book. We have used Best Pick Reports a lot, and have been very happy with the companies that we have found through them.
Every service I have gotten from Best Pick Reports I have been happy with. I have already referred friends.
I've only called twice out of the Best Pick Reports Publication, but they seem to be what they say in what they write up.
It helps narrow down the field of all of the things out there.
I did use a couple of companies listed in Best Picks and was very satisfied with their service.
I have found most of the resources that I've used in the Best Pick Reports Publication to be very useful!
They should do at least six to twelve for each contractor.
The ratings are good, and the companies listed on Best Pick are already picked and selected so it helps us focus on the best.
I like the publication. I bought it, I get it, I read it. I have some concerning information about it. I looked at it twice now, and on the section on air conditioning and heating, BPR rated this company very, very high in our local area. I was amazed because it's not true. The reason it's not true is because the gentleman who owns Commonwealth Cooling and Heating, Brian Johnson, worked for this company that BPR calls very good. He went off on his own and worked tirelessly for himself, and received at least 3 civic awards for the area. And he got no rating in BPR. That surprises me because most of the local businesses use him and he is highly rated. I can call him at 2 AM. He has come up from his bootstraps. That was the only thing I didn't like about BPR. Someone said it's because those companies pay to be in it, but I said I hope that's not true.
I have had some good experiences as well as some bad experiences too. I had some bad experiences with a carpet cleaning business and a plumber that I got from the book.
I have never been disappointed by Best Pick's choices.
All the work that I get done on my home come from Best Picks Report.
I have used the Best Pick Reports Publication and have been happy with the ratings as far as the contractors in the book.
very good results from vendors
The Best Pick Reports Publication is a concise way to find people.
I like that you can read reviews and there are multiple comparisons in the book.
I like the Best Pick Report they put out but last year I received 3 of them. I got the 2019 yesterday and I'll get a couple more before the year is over.
Best Pick Reports Publication is handy and has a lot of comprehensive information. Sometimes the listing is too short and some are not available. The price is sometimes beyond my budget. In the future, it would be nice to have more options.
It seems very reliable with the information about the techniques and materials involved. The choices and evaluations of the companies are very helpful. I can see how many positive experiences they have had. I can see many years they have been at the top level. It is all helpful, I think.
The contractors listed in the book have all turned out to be exactly as described by the book. I couldn't be happier with having this as an upfront check to get quality contractors that have done great work for me.
