The installers were great. They knew their job. They did everything wonderfully. The problem was the complete lack of coordination and appropriate ordering capabilities of the office itself. It's a very diametric situation we're in. I would not recommend the office per se. I would not recommend my friends dealing with this company simply due to aggravation of incorrectly ordered parts and the inability to provide the appropriate tools for the installations. They had to come back three times. Once they got the appropriate stuff and sent out the appropriate materials, at all phases, the installers were great. We're a little conflicted.

We found that the fabrics offered were of a high quality and great selection of patterns and colors. Sales representative was very informative and knowledgeable of the draperies and rods the company carried.

I would definitely recommend Best Buy Window Treatments. My experience with Lee (sales) and Tim (installation) was flawless. Everyone involved did what they said they would, when they said they would! Well done.

The contract was made through Costco; BBWT manufactured and installed the blind set.The measurement and selection process was thorough; our questions, concerns, and other options were answered by BBWT. In all, the blinds were as we expected, if not better.

The whole process was very efficient, quick, and easy.
