The customer service was great. Two technicians came out but the second person was not professional because he wanted to sell me something that I did not need. It seemed like he wanted to take advantage of me by trying to sell me something. He also used my own towels to put under my washer when he was trying to do the work.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Being on time was perfect! They were there the minute they said they would be. He identified himself the minute he walked up which made me feel comfortable since I was by myself. He was also good about putting the booties on his shoes and taking care of stuff like that.
They showed up when they said they would, and the representative was very clean. He explained everything he was doing, and the prices are reasonable.

I think the company has good plumbers but they are expensive and over priced. I appreciate the fact they want to pay their plumbers well but I would recommend going with a smaller more personal company.
