Everything that they installed worked as they said it would.
I was very satisfied.
The pumps that they put in were to small to handle the job. Larger ones are needed. This is why I am not satisfied with the job.
I would not recommend anyone to Basement Waterproofing Specialists. I would not even recommend them to my enemies.
I had a problem, but they did come back and resolve it. I think it was the salesman that didn't fully understand the problem. The foreman on the job and the workers took care of it for me and did a great job. I was ultimately satisfied in the end.
They had to keep coming back because they would fix things and it would still not be 100 percent correct. Even now the concrete is cracked up and is leaking. I didn't even call them back. They tried to say it was something else.
I am not allowed to comment.
If I was going to recommend someone to do the work, I would warn them about collateral damage. It took me two weeks after I took the film in to get them developed, but once I get the pictures I am sending them in. I spoke to Mark about the damage to the walls in the garage and hallway. He was supposed to get back to me, and I never heard another word from him. The walls need to be filled in to make the surface even. I was going to paint them myself, but now with the walls being like that I can't paint it myself. I have to hire a painter to do the walls. There are curls on the wall.
We are not satisfied with the job that was done and no response back from the company.
I am very disappointed in general.
I was satisfied with the job.
I felt that it was very high pressure sales tactic.
I had some problems with the service, and I was not happy with the way it was handled.
I was supposed to have in done in two days. They completed the job in one day. There was a lot of problems. I had to call twice. I would not recommend the company.
I had a complaint. They did not take any action. They did not call me. They forgot about me. There was no service after sale.
It was good. They were all very nice. They did a good job. I had pooling in my lower level. I'd give them an A. Cleanliness and expertise were good; that was perfect. I would recommend them.
It was booth waterproofing and foundation repair. I'd give them an A.
The service was good. It was more toward foundation repair. I'd give them an A+.
They explained things and they got it done and were very polite and they just did the work they said they were going to do and they did it quickly. They did basement waterproofing. I'd give them an A.
Everything except one small detail was positive. I've done business with them twice over the last 8 months. They did a small waterproof—something that we didn't do the first time and they painted my blocked basement. I would give them an A but no plus. When they re-hooked up my washer, they broke the hose for my hot water and I found out when I ran my washing machine. They were right on time and that's what I liked about them the first time. They did damage something I wasn't aware of. I told them I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They do a good job, did what they were told, and they were out on time, and got it done. I didn't have any complaints. It was just waterproofing. I'd give them an A. They did a good job.
They got me on the schedule very, very quickly. It was waterproofing. I'd say they're an A.
So, we had the work done and we wanted some follow-up. Not really work, but answers to our questions and it was kind of hard getting a hold of the guy who did the work. That was difficult. As far as them completing the job and everything coming out correctly, they did good with that. It was more a waterproofing job and some plumbing work. I'd grade them as a B. They said they were going to come during certain times and he was late a few times. He came by maybe two or three times.
I think they were very thorough in terms of their explanation of what I needed done and how they were going to execute the project. They were waterproofing the area of my basement near the walk out sliding glass doors that was on a pad and that wasn't the best grade so water was seeping in. They deserve an A.
They did a terrible job and they didn't do anything with excellence. And they also did mold mitigation which did not work and they put in a dehumidifier that they broke when they came the second time. I’m sure I can sue them so, a F.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Basement Waterproofing Specialists as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
