Aqua Pool & Spa is an outstanding local small business operation. They’ve been here as long as I can remember and I’ve been in this home 36 years. They were outstanding with the construction/installation of our in ground pool and surrounding decks. We’ve now had our pool for two seasons and when we put this pool in I told them they were my newest best friends as I knew nothing about maintaining such an operation. The store staff couldn’t be more helpful. Every question and concern we’ve had has been dealt with in a familiar comfortable and professional way. While certainly not perfect, you cannot fault their genuine concern and willingness to resolve any issue. So, if your looking for a pool or just a partner in caring for the pool you already have, we cannot recommend Aqua Pool and Spa any higher.

Yes and no. The work was done in a satisfactory manner and my interaction with all Hastings employees has been very good. The only negative comment I have is that I found the cost of closing my pool to be considerably more expensive than with my prior vendors. I had the pool built in 1992 and therefore have been having my pool serviced by outside vendors for over 30 years. Hastings pool closing bill was by far the highest I've been charged.
I have been treated so well by All Seasons Pools & Spas, better than by other services I have had. All Seasons has always responded immediately, and has been so helpful. I have a sense of confidence, if something goes wrong, or if I need something I forgot. They always take care of my needs.

I have been a customer of Diamond Pool for many years; they are highly knowledgeable about in-ground pools. In the past they solved a ground water problem that was creating water bulges behind my pool liner, by the installation of a sump pump near the pool.

Recognized Excellence - The whole team has been amazing to work with from both locations. Always helpful, knowledgeable and up for any question we have as we learn how to maintain our pool. They also worked a ton to figure out how to refinish and replace our old light our pool. They are amazing!
