Robert Stanley, the roofing salesman, was knowledgeable and helped me through the roofing process. Overall the communication was good, and they kept me up to date with the steps and preparations needed.

Biggest issue I have is with communication once the contract was signed. Seemed like I was getting calls, emails, and texts before the context but once the contract was signed and we had questions or issues there was no follow up.

The written description of the work was detailed and comprehensive. The high level of organization allowed the work to be completed in less than a day with minimal disruption. I love the look of the shingles on my roof and they qualify me for a deduction on my homeowners insurance premium.

I had a low profile roof louver on my garage. When they replaced my roof they covered the hole in with plywood and shingled over it. When I asked about it, the refused to come back out and replace it, saying that "We dont service those". Which then leads my garage attic unvented.

Amstill Roofing was recommended to me by a friend. Foundation movement had damaged the actual roof structure. Amstill put a crew on site that was able to repair the roof frame damage and replace the roof in one day. They supplied the top grade materials of construction that they contracted for, provided the quality workmanship that I expected and cleaned up the site afterwards. A great experience from beginning to end.

We had some hail damage on our older roof and searched around for the roofing companies with the best reviews and settled on Amstill Roofing after seeing the glowing reviews on multiple platforms and with the BBB. We were put in contact with Hart and he did his best to make sure to go over all of our options and put our minds at ease since we knew it would likely have to be a full replacement due to the roof's age.

While waiting for the insurance company to respond to our claim, (they couldn't come out for 3 weeks+) Hart came back to make sure everything was tarped and covered to prevent any further damage since there were storms coming in the meantime. He also made sure we knew to contact him if we needed anything else in the meantime that he could help with. Unfortunately, our insurance wouldn't cover anything, but we decided to proceed with the replacement with Amstill anyway.

The crew was very thorough, especially with cleanup after, and we absolutely love the way our new roof looks! The whole process from their side was very easy and was fully explained at every step. We really appreciate the time and care they put into this whole process, and we would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof or even just some work on their current one. They seem to pride themselves in holding to a certain standard and that's very reassuring as a customer.

Once again, a special shout out to Hart for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and not stressing while we waited as well as during and after the replacement. He even pointed out some things that weren't their responsibility or skillset, but that could have lead to a problem in the future so we could get those looked at. (Thank you again, we really appreciate it!) Everyone we spoke to at the office was also very lovely and quickly got us any and all info we needed. Everything was excellent except for the crew supervisor arrived on site about 4 hours late due to the office had indicated that the job had already been done previously. He was able to oversee the rest of the tear off of the old and the rest of the installation till completion that evening.

Very professional office staff, installation crew did a good job, and cleaned up everything quickly upon roof completion. My roof looks great. I also had a new gutter system installed through Amstill. Both roof and Gutters are the talk of my neighborhood. I am proud I used Amstill.
