Home Buyers, beware, do NOT buy anything from American Homes of any location. Check the county court records and see how many buyers have filed lawsuits filed in many counties. Call me with any questions and I will be happy to share our experience with you all. Our home came in with damage and mold and neither the builder Titan or the seller American made any repairs. I have photos to share with anyone who wants to see them. Cheap materials, no quality craftsmanship, cheap materials. I wished we had gone with a custom builder.

I feel like the sales guy did not tell me all the extra costs that would go into the house.

Will never recommend. Company doesnt pay attention to detail, left house a mess, craftsmanship is pathetic. Cant get house finished.
