It’s been a year since I had Allied Outdoor solutions redo my patio and pool deck. It’s held up really well. The men who did the deck painting were excellent! They helped me pick the colors and were patient with my questions and color variation choices. I would use them again, but I’m hoping that I won’t have to and that the deck lasts a long time!

Our work included a patio addition with complete Carvestone overlay. Everything was top notch from the quote to final walk through. The technical help concerning style recommendations given our patio shape, etc. was especially helpful. Although ours was probably a small job for them, we never felt like an afterthought.

Originally did a great job but following through on correcting issues has not been so good.

We are extremely pleased with the final results and all other aspects of the project. We always prefer doing business with a local and reputable company that is stable and stand behind their work for years to come.

Allied had the best design of three we had done. They were easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. The workmanship was top notch and the workers themselves were craftsmen with experience. Allied wont be the lowest budget but you get what you pay for and they are worth paying for. Our designer, Ryan, listened to our wants and needs and came up with a great plan. We couldn’t be happier.

The end product was good, the process leading up to it was not.

I would NEVER recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions and, in fact, have made it a point to warn others about their poor service. I only feel lucky that, after such poor communication prior to job being started, I was able to CANCEL our contract before getting into a worse situation.

The work was not done as it should be. It was very messy and very bad finishing.

I am very happy with the final product. The process getting there was very difficult. Communication was almost non-existent while waiting for the project to start. The individual crews were great. The project manager was very pleasant to work with when he would contact me, but to say you're starting and then nothing for a month or more is not the way to do business. Salesperson said he was going to contact my HOA and get approval for the front of my house for the driveway and doing the front steps. He never even contacted them so we just had to abandon that part of the project. From first contacting the company to getting it completed was over 5 months and it was a very small project. All that said, I am happy with it, just glad it's over.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Everyone loves the results!
