Original Sales person, very convincing, but not accurate .. not good .. did not properly set expectations of install or issues?
Original Install team, 1/2 appeared competent, but bottom line after 4 plus hours had me sign for something that did nothing.
my feeling .. just paid $11000 for What?
Next Service person, paid price of bad sales representation and poor install team ... remember, these people set the example of what a customer thinks of All American Air a& Electric, Inc. He corrected many of their mistakes, tried the now working A/C only to find (original TRANE person said a leak in the line from outside)problem blew up, fortunate outside. Now major problems are present. First telling me it was going to cost more for running a new line overhead.. Not a good statement for $11000 worth of stuff that does nothing? That is resolved. Puts in overhead line and all seems to work? I am out of town for three weeks and when returned found three problems, cannot open filter door, bare wire on outside of unit, and unit makes a lot of noise? Umm, not happy, thinking I just bought a lemon.

Now comes Carlos, (good representative of your company)Resolved wire issue with simple explanation of purpose, Resolved filter door with simple explanation of procedure, Found and resolved noise issue, air being sucked in from a few open area's to the main indoor unit. All good, all confident, all repaired. Great Job, great customer interaction, feeling much better about my investment.

Now Carols wants to do overall inspection in preparation for Ocala Officials inspection. Alas, their is an issue with insufficient Freon ( not the right name) power/flow. Researches the issue, finds the problems (Install procedure, I think) corrects it, determines another part is suspect, so orders it but current one will work until new part arrives. Again, confident, customer expectations properly set. Great interaction, great confidence that decision with All American was a good one.

You Asked, I shared. Note It is always the end result that matters to the customer, but the up front sets the expectations. I hope this helps you in finding ways to address issues, from my perspective, I only reiterate all of this in an effort for you to see what

The professionalism

All American Air &Electric was very professional in all of our dealings with them. They answered all of our questions when we were considering having a new HVAC system
Installed in our new home. The installation went well and they have made some follow up visits including an inspection of their work. We also participated in a Marion County Utilities mandatory inspection that found no issues with the AAA&E installation.

I don't usually recommend any professional service to anyone. Where I might have a positive experience, maybe the person(s) I recommend to don't have as good an experience that I had. But, if asked, I will say that I had a good experience with this or that company.

It was 102°. Outside and 90° inside. We just moved in and we needed air conditioner. The first tech diagnostic problem and ordered part. Then someone else came in and we thought he would fix according to first tech. It wasn’t the problem. We end up getting a new ac. We had no idea of price but the temperature was rising in doors so we accepted the price. To us it was very high but we had no choice we couldn’t start calling other companies.

All American Air & Elect is the best company I`ve had for my A/C needs in 20yrs

My AC went out on 31 Jan. My old unit was RUUD and lasted about 15 years of more. I searched on the internet and phone book for a local company to replace it. I called All American Air & Electric, as they sold RUUD AC units. They came out that day to see what was wrong with my unit. There was no way to fix it, so I asked about a replacement unit. The very next day, 1 Feb, they came out and installed my new unit. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians. My new unit is up and running and doing a much better job to cool and heat my house. I highly recommend All American Air & Electric to everyone.

tech Carlos arrived 1 day earlier than scheduled because of a cancellation. He did a full system cleaning of our ducts including blower coil & cold air return. He was very professional & completed the work efficiently.

Normally do not make comments. Will make an exception this time. All American is simply GREAT. I would recommend their services to anyone. Just can't say enough how good they are.
