I have an unusable dryer vent after the work was done. I can’t say complete, because the dryer vent wasn’t cleaned. I realize it was a risk for them to attempt to clean the dryer vent, and I was advised of it; however, I feel there were additional precautions that could have been taken to prevent them from detaching the dryer vent inside a wall I can’t access. Anyway I guess the air duct vent cleaning was fine, but overall would not go out of my way to recommend them after my experience.
