I did get some things back that still had mold on it.
Our Rescue/Fire Department experienced a significant fire in our engine bay area. Ambulance caught fire after a rescue call and was totally destroyed by the fire, while parked inside our building. You can imagine the smoke/soot. We have a very large engine bay and equipment storage area that sustained smoke/soot damage. Our department interviewed multiple cleaning companies because of the size and scope of the cleaning project we were facing. Hands down, RITcon was by far the most professional, highly trained, courteous, responsive cleaning contractor that we interviewed. RITcon definitely brought a higher level of professionalism to the table! The end result is a building that looks as good inside as the day it was built. We couldn't be happier! RITcon is the real deal!
The crew was wonderful, respectful and helpful in getting our things packed and moved out of the flooded home and to our new residence. Many items
The communication was ineffective and I was not informed how much the service would cost I was only told that my stuff would take 2-3 units I would never have agreed to pay that amount I was charged, I would have gotten rid of stuff or did it myself.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Advanced Contents Recovery as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
