The guy who comes here is very knowledgeable, and any time I have an issue, he can help me with it. It was pest control outside. I've been using them for a year, year and a half. I'd give them an A. It's the same guy that comes out. Customer service is good—I don't have any complaints. They're good. He can just look at anything and tell me what it is and is right every time.
The service they've given us has been professional and on time. They set out traps or bombs or things for termites and sprayed out around the house for critters. It was just maintenance. I've been using them ever since they existed. They bought that company from—they picked it up from a guy. I would give them an A.
I've had them for the past ten years. I'd give them an A. They inspect my stations, take care of it, and give me a call if there's anything wrong.
They did pest control both indoors and outdoors. I'd grade them A overall. Customer service is extremely important to me. They're very thorough with emails and texts, as well as follow-up phone calls. The technician who comes out—he's very thorough with the work he does as well.
Communication all the time. The guy tells us what he's doing. If I have problems, they come back and fix it. They provided typical quarterly maintenance. They do termite inspection once a year. I'd give them an A.

The gentleman who came out, I can tell he put a lot of effort in it, I could see. He tried his best. He came out like two times, three times, but I still see ants—but I didn't call back anymore. I sold my house anyway, but the home buyer even mentioned the ants too. The ants were a storm, they survived—they ate wire too. They showed the ants were biting the wire. I'd give them a B.
The service was good. Everybody was on time and everything. I appreciated the suggestions I got from the gentleman. They provided inside and outside pest control, quarterly maintenance. They’re an A-grade company.
I've used them for many years. Quarterly they come and treat my house. I've had them under contract probably 10 or 15 years, I'm not even sure. They get an A+. Very efficient. They let me know when they're going to be there and email me, all that stuff.
They're timely, and they're thorough with their spraying and everything. They sprayed my house, looked for pests, sprayed my wet areas inside, and they also laid traps on the outside. I've used them twice—I'm on their quarterly program, so I've had them for four or five months now. I'd give them an A+.
I've been with them for 15 or 20 years, and I love them. They come every three months for indoor and outdoor. It varies who comes out. I'd give them an A overall.
Professional, friendly, and prompt. They treat the inside and outside for bugs, like a quarterly spray. They cleaned the gutters and swept a lot of that area. They set out bait traps for rodents and replenished that when they came out. I think we used them once last year, and then earlier this year we started doing a quarterly spray with them. I'd give them an A.
They weren't able to fix the problem. I was having a problem with moths. They focused on that and couldn't do it. The moths were in the pantry. I only used them for a month or two. I'd give them a C-.
I didn't have any bugs after they left. We had an ant problem, and we don't have it anymore. They came, and then they came back a month later. I would rate them A+. He was on time. I've already recommended them.
They didn't get the job completed on the first go around—they came back until they did get it completed. I had some fire ants outside, and they took care of those. That was the only time I've used them. I'd say the work was good. I'd say it was an A. Punctuality was good.
The one on one service made it positive above anything else. You call and speak to the same person, and they're local, so you don't have to deal with a bunch of bureaucracy. We're on a monthly maintenance plan, indoor and outdoors, for rodents, pests, bugs, anything like that. We've been using them for about a year. I'd grade them A.
They're always very easy to deal with, and the people that they send out are clean, quick, and very pleasant to be around. I actually use them personally, and we also use them at my work. I've used them for the last three years maybe. At home, I had them spray for water looking bugs when it rains so much, inside and out. They’re definitely an A+. I’ve recommended them.
