They're always very easy to deal with, and the people that they send out are clean, quick, and very pleasant to be around. I actually use them personally, and we also use them at my work. I've used them for the last three years maybe. At home, I had them spray for water looking bugs when it rains so much, inside and out. They’re definitely an A+. I’ve recommended them.
I thought they were very responsive to scheduling and willing to come and do the work without me being here, which made it easy for me to fit it into my work life. I don't remember the name of the service, but it's a recurring service for pesticides and maintenance outdoors. They get an A.
I've used them for several years, three or four. They take care of the bugs and pests. If I have anything they need to look at, they'll take care of that. They’d get an A overall. I'm very likely to recommend them.
They're usually on time, keep their schedule, and do their work. I've been using them for nine years. They do inside and outside pest control and mosquito control. It's usually the same technician, but sometimes the mosquito guy is different. They’re an A overall. They're pretty punctual. I haven't had a problem with cleanliness.

They've had a steady personnel and consistently get to know the people and like them. I know they did a quarterly extermination, and we also had some termite bombs placed around the house. I've been using them for five to ten years. They'd be an A+.
They were just unprofessional and not equipped to do what they promised they could do. They just kind of made a huge disaster for us. They took out the insulation in our attic, and then replaced the insulation to help remediate the, I guess, animal stuff that was up there, but they fell through our ceiling I think five times. They did come in and try to repair it, but the guys they used made a huge mess—obviously were not well equipped to fix it. They actually broke our sofa and didn't tell us about that. They were there for several weeks I feel like. I'd give them a D. They did try. They were good about punctuality. Cleanliness was terrible.
They were not picking up calls several times, that was an issue. I have told them to bill me for the service, and they wanted to have the money right away. They came in knocking at the door asking for money. I did not even call them back after that. They had done general pest control. It was the first time I'd had them come. I'd give them a D. I can't comment on the quality of work, because I wasn't there for that experience. Their customer service was really bad.
He was very clear in explaining what his plan was and was very reasonable. We were concerned we might have termite problems. They checked and said there was no termites, but they, as a prevention, put something all around the house. I'd give them an A. I guess we'll have to wait and see if termites show up or not. They were punctual.
They did a fantastic job. The location I was at, it was just kind of out in the country area, so any time I had wasps or spiders or anything, even after they sprayed, before they were supposed to come out, they were always so great about scheduling somebody to come out and re-spray and made sure to respect my wishes about certain green products. John, who always came out to spray my house, was fantastic. Such a great guy. Very respectable of my home—he always wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't get my carpets dirty. I'd give them an A+.
They've been very responsive to my requests, and they also always arrive in a timely manner. I've been using them for probably about a year. They provided pest control for, primarily, rodents outside. I'd give them an A+.
They come every quarter. The prices are reasonable. They come out when they say they're going to. If I ever need a re-treatment, they come out as quick as they can. No hassle. The people are very nice. They don't just treat just a little bit, they treat the whole house, the whole yard, they do everything. They treat for all sorts of bugs. They’re A+. I’ve already recommended them.
They did the spray inside and out for pest control. It was the initial treatment. It took them maybe an hour. I think they're a good service, good quality, all of that. I think the price probably reflects that. I'd give them an A. They were also doing the mosquito spray for me, and somewhere along the line they admitted that the product they were using was only lasting for like ten days instead of the full month, and they switched over. Customer service was good. There weren’t any problems with cleanliness. I would recommend them.

They have a good rating, but even after they sprayed around, I still see bugs. I had to call them again and again. I don't know what it is. Maybe one of the sprays is not as active or something. They're pretty good at coming back out. I've only had them for six to eight months. They did the regular service two or three times, and in addition to that, I had to call them two times again. I mean, I'm not satisfied at all. The effect doesn't last long, and I still see bugs around. I'm paying like a hundred bucks, and I mean, I think I should expect something. They’ll get a B overall. Customer service was good. There's no wait time when I call them. I didn't have any issues with customer service.
I was satisfied because he came out to fix a hole, we had a squirrel in our attic. I thought they trapped the squirrel in our attic, which they actually didn't, so they came out again and set a trap in the attic. They came weeks later and took the trap away, and a couple days later I saw a squirrel in the attic so they came out again and put the trap out. So finally, the squirrel died somewhere else in the attic, so they came and removed it. They also found a dead bird, and they also removed that. And they didn't charge me anything for all that. So I thought that was super nice. They get an A overall.
They couldn't fix the problem. I had to fire them. They came out, and they were supposed to wipe down the spider webs. I continuously still had a pest control problem with spiders and earwigs. I was calling them every week to come and do something. Then I just got tired of calling. When they first came, when I bought my property, I let them come in and do an inspection. They didn't see anything when they first came, but I think they got complacent with me being there, and they didn't do well. It was about nine months that I used them. I would probably give them a D only because he said the reason why he couldn't do a good job with my pest services was because we live near a lake. I'm assuming that's why they couldn't do it but I'm in the process of looking for another pest control service. The lady who I called, she kept trying to get them to come over here and fix the problem but I guess the bugs won. Not likely at all to recommend them.
