The biggest problem we encountered was a lack of consistency in regards to leadership of our project. We had 2 contractors leave during our 2 month kitchen remodel. It did not run smoothly. There were issues concerning an appliance we did not want to replace but because parts were broken when removing them, we had no choice but to buy a new one. The project took much longer than expected.
Areas For Improvement - 911 Restoration - Westchester did not fall short of my expectations.

Sales Knowledge - Both Adrian and Frankie were clear, friendly and thorough in their addressing of the issues for our projects.
Installation Crew - The crew arrived with everything they needed, introduced themselves and asked for clarification on where to put items that needed to be moved in order to complete the project.
Work Done Right - We had multiple projects and each time they were careful with details.
Schedule - Any issues with schedule were related to materials availability and weather. 911 was clear in communicating with us about their schedule.
