Would not recommend the restoration company ever. Reviewing their charges, insurance paid for item supposedly removed / but was left here for us to dispose of. Took almost 2 weeks to get them to come and take it out
MY JOB WAS NEVER COMPLETED I'VE DROPPED THAT INSURENCE CARRYER IT WAS SO UN PROFESSIONZL
The insurance company dispatched 911 Restoration after a water damage incident. Everyone I interacted with from the initial assessment, customer service, crew who did the work and came to pick up the fans and dehumidifier were professional, friendly, and excellent. They clearly take pride in their work all around. The kitchen was left cleaner than when they came, even before the water problem. If you have any need for the services they provide, do not hesitate to call.
Work was done quickly and efficiently.
They came as scheduled and cleaned the basement. They returned within 2 days to collect the drying equipment.
I was surprised with how quickly and how clean they took apart the basement and disinfected the items I was able to keep.
It was very good.
Unsatisfied!
The staff at 911 Restoration were extremely professional and courteous. It was a very stressful time for my family and I but the staff kept reassuring me that everything would be okay and helped to keep me calm.
Highly qualified workers Courteous and hardworking! Excellent restoration Profession results
The employees were very respectful and good workers.
They came in and handled everything with the insurance company I was happy with the speed and quality of the work. The manager Damion was great and Carlos was great as well.
Very happy and impressed with the service I received. Very professional. They were very detailed and thorough with their cleaning.
Choose another company. They destroyed my house.
Brian should be hired anywhere, he was a fantastic fellow! Mrs. Lewis is a doll, she made me feel like life is worth living! She talked to me and made my day every time I spoke with her, she could run the whole company alone! I had a wonderful experince with 911 Restoration NJ!
Multiple aspects of the work had to be redone, because the initial completed work did not meet code. The installation of the backsplash tile was done improperly, so the desired pattern was not achieved. Cuts had to be made to the inside of the kitchen cabinets to allow for electrical outlets, a gas meter, & a power cord. The cuts made were so oversized & rough that faux backs & bottoms had to be installed in the cabinets to hide the undesired large openings in the backs/bottoms of cabinets & damage to the bottom of a cabinet.
Great outfit to deal with Competent and affable
Everything was fantastic.
After three different crews and four days later the work still wasn’t done properly. First and second crew left drywall tape exposed after finishing and painting the walls. Plastic baseboards that didn’t match the REAL WOOD RED OAK baseboards and the carpentry work on installing the baseboards was really bad. Nails were sticking out, gaps that were in some areas at least an 1/8 inch wide so the corners didn’t even meet. One area of shoe molding only had one nail holding it on the wall. They tried using caulk to fill these gaps that made it look ridiculous. The third crew fixed most of these mistakes but some of the drywall finishing still wasn’t great. Needless to say I would never use 911 Restoration again.
When something goes wrong, 911 Restoration needs to notify the homeowner right way and not let them find out later.
They do not do top quality work. They put in the wrong color of wood floor
They did what they had to do and that's it.
a quality rebiuld of my bathroom and bedroom window and rug no complaints at all the employees of 911 were specific and on point.tom a forman in my area great person to work with anyone will like their work. thank you again for a terrific job well done. harry torres elizabeth nj
I appreciated the professionalism of the crew who came to clean up after we experienced a sewer backup in our basement. They did a great job and left everything clean when they left. I didn't have such a great experience with the restoration a few weeks later. A new crew came each day and they were often uniformed about what needed to be done. They just sent whoever was available that day. The end result was good. I was satisfied but felt I needed to manage the restoration process.
They were very professional, but the main problem that I had was the workers left their personal items such as food wrappers in my home.
They did a nice job and were on schedule. They worked really hard.
very good company, met our needs. Props to Josh for being so attentive to our needs. Job well done
I think their workers are professional, courteous, and they work in a timely manor. For every item that they took out, they took pictures and documented. 911 Restoration was very organized.
Robert was very good to work with. The two women in his office were really great and there for me and very helpful.
Above and beyond what I expected, The crew did a great clean job.
I would never hire this company for anything! Very poor service! Wrecked my kitchen cabinets in the process. Very untrained workers! It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 77 years of living! This company should not be doing work for Liberty Mutual or any other insurance company!
Amazing experience through and through... Josh and team were the exact professionals we needed to help rebuild our basement... it even came out better than what it was before!
911 Restoration did a good job!
When 911 Restoration - NJ came to disinfect my home, they used entirely too much fabuloso, it wasn't a good disinfectant that they used.
Great bunch of guys!
I rated this 2 because there are some details of the process the customer should know.1. When removing molding, tile, flooring, carpet, and any architectural detail, 911 restore should ask the customer if the damaged item was part of customized architectural and design work. If so SAMPLEs of the demolished architectural material should be saved for any reproduction work that needs to be done during a rebuild.2. removal of hardware mounting screws, like hinge screws ... countersunk for the hinge and appropriate length for hinge mounting ... should be bundled and bagged with the removed hardware for re-mounting of the door and/or cabinetry. In our situation screws were lost during demolition and replace with the wrong style preventing remountin of doors. Specifically, sheet metal screws for metal wall framing were used.3. Any removed and salvageable furnishing, cabinetry and or architectural work, should be kept together for subsequent restoration work AND, in the 911 process, must be reviewed by the customer before bundling and boxing for storage.
These people were sent via Allstate Insurance after wind storm damage. I wasn't given a choice on contractors. Use at your own risk, but consider yourself warned.
I was very satisfied with the workmanship of the worker and 911.
Great service and great people. Highly recommend 911 Restoration - NJ
I would highly recommend 911 Restoration. The men that came to my house were very professional and pleasant. The work was done in an ample amount of time. They were also very neat and clean with the job.
Very professional organization. Would highly recommend.
They are very professional. Adrianna was on top of everything. If there was a problem, she called to check on it even when she wasn't working. They are professional to the max. The workers were A++.
I do not recommend 911 Restoration.
Additional Comments - The project manager, Robert went out of his way and was very polite, took care of all of my needs. Mike was also very concerned and very good with me.
Fast, professional, curteous - only seemed a bit expensive. While insurance covered it it counted against claim limit.
They were the most knowledgeable and professional people I have worked with in a very long time. They were excellent.
I was happy with 911 Restoration.
