Not only were the Employees great to work with, the work they performed was excellent. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend!
I explained to the crew that I had new floors put down in the area that they were working in and that I didn't want them scratched because it cost me a lot of money. While working they didn't put tarps down and when using their big fans it scratched the floors very badly. I had the floor guy check it out and he said that about a six foot square area had to be replaced. I will not pay for this since it was 911's mistake so I hope that the insurance company is going to take care of the matter

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of 911 Restoration - Highland Park as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
