The quality and craftsmanship of the work is amazing! They took their time and did the work necessary to fix any issues properly and make the house look great also. Solely based on that it’s 5 stars for sure. The communication wasn’t that great hence the 4 stars. I would recommend them.
2FL did a great job on our house! However, for the final “walk around” I pointed out a couple things that were not done and nobody has called me back our come out and resolved the issues(this was several months ago and still no call back). Great hustle on the work but the communication and organizing isn’t the best.
The workers are fantastic and very detail-oriented.

The workers were professional and did an amazing job.
I was particularly appreciative of the construction crew maintaining a safe and tidy worksite and their sensitivity to my extended family and a tenant living there (it is a duplex). The project included replacing windows, doors and siding, so it was extensive and could have been rather disruptive.
Concern For Needs - The sales person was terrible at delivering the product.
Professional & Organized - The salesperson told me that after the siding is done, the painters will come within two weeks and after that the gutters will come. This didn't happen for weeks and the explanation for this was that they were busy.
Likely To Recommend - They did not stick to what they promised.
Areas For Improvement - Sticking with the timeline and 2FL accepting jobs they couldn't could not deliver on.
Additional Comments - I don't blame the project manager (Chris) but 2FL was busy and therefore the job was not done in a timely manner. They hired a very sloppy painter. He did one coat and had to come back again. He was not truthful in what he did. I asked the company numerous times if i could use my own painter but they said no.
A professional should be on-site that knows what is to be done. Also, someone should be on-site to communicate with people in the proper language. If you can't communicate then things can go awry. Also, you should never pay the full payment in full. you should hold on to at least 10% of the payment until the end of the project.
2FL did a good job re-siding our home. They were efficient and courteous. Walked through to ensure final product was up to our standards.
They did an excellent job of providing a solution to our houses exterior siding and windows. They were professional, efficient and effective. The crew did an excellent job throughout the process and I would highly recommend 2FL for exterior siding and window needs.
We were very satisfied with 2FL. We had a very big job and it was not easy because there was damage, that they also dealt with. The crew was professional, polite, and worked hard. We went in knowing that we had a corner of the house that had an issue. They really did a good job looking at it and providing a solution that really fixed it and made our house sound again. We had a huge job, we had siding, windows, new deck rail installed and a new deck surface installed over our garage.
Loved 2FL. Understood what I was looking for. Didn’t pressure me.

Maybe some of the delays were not their fault. They did great work when they got done doing it, but they promised to do it one day, and they didn't do it for two months, so you want to nail it down and make sure they do it when they say they will do it.

Great experience. Educated and courteous professions well known in their field. My neighbors have commented on the excellent Siding installed at my house. Am glad they could help me out within my budget and not cut corners.
Areas For Improvement - I think the crew were under a self imposed tight deadline but they worked hard to successfully meet it.

He was great at providing me with an estimate, when I had given up hope of getting some of the other companies to work with my budget and produce quality work. Mark and Terry the owners were amazing in their response and professionalism. I am grateful that they took time to address my concerns.
Jim and his crew did an excellent job. Questions and concerns were answered and dealt with quickly. I would recommend 2FL Enterprises to anyone.
