I asked them respectfully to leave the flooring, they took it. One man kept saying you don't want it, it's busted up and split. I went to their van and it was not messed up. It was $10.00 a foot for the teak wood floors. They still took it after I asked them numerous times to leave it.
They were great! They were very nice, polite, and helped me get through it. I appreciate it!
The insurance company sent another company to do our water mitigation from a water leak. They did a terrible job and didn't complete even half of what they should have. When I contacted 1-800-Water Damage, they responded right away. Although they were swamped due to flooding in so many areas, they still were able to get out here to look at the damage right away and get us on the schedule almost immediately. We were concerned about their process since the other company caused so much damage. Conrad assured us that should not happen with them and he was true to his word. His job was probably harder since they were trying to follow up on a mess the other company left, but they did a great job.
They exceeded all of my expectations.
The representative of this company was very courteous, kept me thoroughly informed of what was happening, and when it would end hopefully. I highly recommend this company.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of 1-800 Water Damage of Oklahoma City as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
