They didn't take care of our personal items. Our items in our cabinets they just dumped in a box with out any care, or wrapping, or any thinking .

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of 1-800 Water Damage - Gainesville as part of our survey process. A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
