They came in and put new roofs on and 2 years later we had a fire, and they came back, and they put 2 new roofs on, and they gave me a discount. The fire was set by an arsonist, and they helped me out. It was great.

We are of an age that the cost of our new roof was severe "sticker shock" but that was totally a product of the current economy. We also have a hard time finding someone that we trust with such a large expenditure so we were very fortunate to be able to watch Legit Roofing install our next door neighbor's roof and see how they work.
They gave us a lower bid with a better warranty than the others we contacted and we got the same product and service as our neighbor.

Salesman & workers were great. Communication as project finished was not proactive. Workers just finished up and no ‘closing’ was shared, such as pictures of the work, or thank you and here’s how to contact us if XYZ happens etc. I asked, and got the pics a week later. The photos taken were great, just could have been shared with me the day of or day after.
