By manufacturing our products, there is no middle man which gives us a huge competitive advantage to offer tremendously more value to our customers (other remodelers have to buy from a distributor and have the products shipped). Everything went smooth from the design process through installation.

Better communication and better organization. My installer kept showing up with incomplete or wrong parts. Twice. Not his fault. They changed our shower door height and did not discuss it with us. So they brought shower doors that were not the size in our contract
