They were very quick to respond to my needs. Dillon Woods was easy to work with and it was a pleasure under distressful circumstances.
The dry out portion was excellent
Work took to long to finish. Like or no communication.
Nick was nice, on point, and very good at his job.
yes
We had a house fire and hired Jenkins to rebuild our house. As bad an experience as a house fire is with losing everything we owned, it was nothing compared with dealing with Jenkins. Three years later and they still have not finished the repairs they had to make to fix what they screwed up while building. The only reason we gave them one star is because they didn't offer zero stars.
The first project manager assigned to our case was great, although he was obviously over-worked and not well supported. The second PM was never really engaged in the project and apparently had one foot out of the door as he soon left. The third PM was nice but inherited a mess. Escalations through the office managers were useless as there was plenty of turnover there also. We were initially told our project would be completed in 2 to 3 months. Project was signed off 12 months later. Much of that delay was due to lack of staffing, over-committing resources, or combination both. Some of the repairs had to be re-done, and some of those re-done more than once.
They were very professional in their work. They did a very good job with cleanup and making sure everything was completed.
Very prompt and kept me updated on appointments
I would recommend the great job that was done on my roof and ceilings.
It took over four months to complete a small kitchen fire. They only work once or twice three hours a day.
Very professional and on schedule. Very informative.
The initial response and drying of the house was very timely. The actual restoration, painting and tile in the bathroom, took almost 6 months to complete
Jenkins Restorations were very official. They acted very polite and kind. They worked well and did their job.
The quality of work was subpar and had to be redone in several areas. The materials quoted to the insurance company were not not used changing our home from a solid quiet insulated Dowling to something that echos and resembles a barrel. One layer of sheetrock to replace rocklathe does not accomplish the same thing. Then charging the insurance company several thousands of dollars for multiple layers of plaster then using thin sheetrock instead could be considered cheating the insurance company.
We are not happy with the work, the quality of materials and the several months it took to compete the job. Doing the job right the first time without having to tear it out and do it a second time would have shortened the time a lot. Then leaving sub contractors that cannot speak English so the home owner could communicate with them was frustrating at best.
would not recommend to do any job.
Slow to respond. Couldn't guarantee dates of work. constant re-schedule with minimal to no explanation/warning.
Jenkins Restorations are very knowledgeable in their craft and they worked quickly to resolve the issues resulting from my water leak.
Not at all. And have not with people in the neighborhood who have or are going through similar water damage we did.
In an age of customer service practically being a relic of the past - Jenkins has restored my faith as well as the work they did in our home after a water leak. Professional, friendly, prompt - they did everything they said they would do and more - always going the extra mile - 100% recommend!
I am pleased with the work that Jenkins Environmental Services did. They were prompt, trustworthy, explained things well, and made me feel comfortable because they were so knowledgeable with what they are doing.

Very Professional
Preserving the materials as best as possible needs to be the emphasis to it's employees. They destroy my kitchen cabinets and damaged what remained unnecessarily. Preservation needs to be the focus when possible.
Excellent work!
