The quality of the installation team and their professionalism was excellent. Anything to do with scheduling, agreed upon time commitments, follow up and the repeated phjone calls to get anythign done made this a bad experience.

    I gave this company 1 star because zero stars was not available. I paid about $4000 for their product. Man came out said what was needed, I agreed with no negotiation, they scheduled, showed up a few weeks later, and from the day the Gutter Helmet went up, I had drips from 2 or 3 spots that lasted for...

    The speed and efficiency of the installation was very impressive. Because they were able to install from the roof, there was no concern about access with ladders in my landscaping. The installer, Blake, was very good and completely explained all of the steps that he would be taking during the installation.
