I'm very lucky to have found GoldenStar Development to replace my roof. From start to finish it was a great experience. First, they provided me with great references. They gave me detailed information about the roofing materials and the process they would used. Very importantly, they provided a detailed estimate and work schedule. The work was scheduled a week but after they started, rain was forecast. I didn't worry about rain getting in, I knew they would handle that, but to my surprise and delight, they completed the work in 3 days. I couldn't believe it! They brought on extra staff to get the work completed. Every detail was completed. Really a great company. Roof is perfect. Following their recommendation, I chose a Cool Roof and as they said, it has really made a difference this summer. The house is so much cooler.

I never met Shem Sotelo personally. I work in Afghanistan and roof in rental property leaked inside and damaged fireplace in the master bedroom and some in Family room downstairs. Initially, I was dealing with him to do the roof. Yet I made decision to give that business to another contractor. Shem offered to do the inside job. Without meeting him, I agreed with the terms. My daughter signed the contract and paid the initial deposit. Then she checked the damages and gave them their second check. Work was done in workmanship manner according to my son that checked the finished job and paid them their last check. Tenants have two small daughter. Doing the job in tenants occupied property is not easy. But they finished the work on time in few days. They intentionally did not let tenant to complain. Thanks to Golden Star Inc, total inside work was done in short time. In a month, I was done with the roof and inside the property.I wish Mr. sotelo the best. I hope, this will help next person to look at Golden Star Development closely, and give them more work.

Not only was the job done in a timely manner, but the crew was professional and thorough. Not only will we be recommending GoldenStar, we hope to use their services again in the not too distant future for other projects on our home (specifically siding/stucco).

My wife and I attended a local home improvement show and literally stopped at the GoldenStar Development booth first. We explained what we were looking to do (remodel a bathroom and kitchen) and we were immediately impressed with the friendliness and "no pressure" style of representative. Up to that point, we had never done any major interior remodeling so it was important for us to find a contractor that we felt would be honest and provide excellent quality workmanship. After getting bids from 2 other contractors, we decided to try GoldenStar because they just seemed easier to work with and no high pressure sales pitches. We started with the bathroom remodel first. There was only 1 small issue which was quickly resolved and handled by the owner himself. We were so happy with the final result that we did not hesitate to contract them again for the kitchen. The project manager, Patrick, was very communicative...and the construction foreman, Gabriel, was great and even suggested nice finishing touches which we incorporated. Even when we were choosing granite counter tops, the owner joined us at the showroom to help us make a good decision. Patrick and crew became like family to us. I highly recommend GoldenStar!
