Our neighbor used WM brooks and we were impressed with how nice the job was done and how quickly they completed the work. We had them give us a quote and they were competitively priced, easy to book with and had lots of options for design. Cliegel was very easy to work with, got us on the schedule quickly and worked with the team to have the job completed. We'd definitely recommend this company for roof repair/replacement.

They told me the cost with worst case scenario, but then it ended up being $2000 less because only about 1/2 of the plywood needed to be replaced. The rest had been replaced previously.

Excellent experience. Getting a new roof is expensive and scary, but Wm Brooks roofing made it as smooth as possible. Great communication, everyone worked so hard to get the roof completed, all of the old roof was removed so well and neatly that you wouldn’t even know it was done (except the new roof looks 10000000% better than the old one).

I received a few quotes, and WM. Brooks was by far the best value. They came recommend by a family friend who had nothing but good things to say. I’d especially like to thank Clinigel. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong). He had nothing but great things to say about Brooks, and was a great representative of the company. There was no pressure, no bashing of other contractors, just a simple presentation of the quote. What was most important to me and what separated WM Brooks from the rest is Clinigel climbed up on my roof and took his measurements. The other two quotes I received were from salesmen who never climbed the roof, and spent more time on the sale presentation than actually evaluating my roof. I also purchased gutters from Brooks and even with the supply shortages they had no problems getting the black gutters I was set on. Pete the, Forman even used black flashing around the chimney. Completely changed the look of the house and I couldn’t be happier.

I was thrilled with the entire experience of working with WM Brooks III, LLC! From the very first phone call I placed to the office, to the initial estimate meeting, to the installation and follow-up visit, the entire team was extremely professional and clearly demonstrated their expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service! We had a big job to do - a 40+ year old roof with original cedar shake shingles underneath 2 layers of 3-tab shingles ... the crew of 6-8 members worked tirelessly for 3 days, 12+ hours each to get the job done ... and when they left, my yard was free of debris and left looking better than when they arrived to start the job! The crew was on time (or early) every morning and stayed late til the sun went down ... Pete, the foreman, did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way and was super-friendly and helpful. Cligiel, our salesman, was also always on-time and very informative and friendly - not your typical salesman giving a standard sales pitch and going on and on - it was a pleasure to work with him and every member of the crew throughout this project, including Billy who called me the confirm all details the day before the job started and Rebecca who helped with the administrative details behind the scenes in the office. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and am so glad we decided to go with WM Brooks III, LLC to replace our old roof. I already referred them to other family members in the area who are in need of roof replacements!!! Thank you to the entire crew!

They put in what I assume is the standard clause saying that there is an additional charge for each sheet of plywood. I assumed they would have to replace maybe 6 sheets. They replaced the whole roof of plywood and I had no way of confirming that they needed to be replaced. They took pictures of the roof after the plywood was taken off, but not of the existing plywood they replaced. I wasn’t on-site when they did it so I am feeling taken advantage of. I have to take their word that every single piece of plywood needed to be replaced, which I have trouble believing. Also a side note - don’t believe what they say - they said I could use the dumpster for a few things. They said it would be delivered the night before, which it wasn’t, and that it would be available the night of the job too, which it wasn’t. I had to arrange with other people to help me move stuff into the dumpster. They got there and it wasn’t there. I don’t mind a no, but saying yes my counting on that, and not doing what you say angers me. Also, I asked for a couple of extra shingles, which they said yes to and didn’t leave.

I am happy I chose this contractor and the materials provided.

After my entire roof was redone, it continues to leak when it rains. I was told that the leak is because of the siding and not the roof and was given a quote of $4000 to have that fixed in addition to what I already paid in cash for the roof.

They were great and operated as expected.

I am very happy that I went with WM Brooks LLC when I replaced the roof for my home. I did 6 estimates, of surrounding companies when I was looking to replace my roof and decking and Billy was the most fair in his pricing, and even offered 3/4" plywood decking whereas other roofing company's used 1/2" as standard for replacement. His company is very professional and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend.

I had my complete roof replaced, including the entire wooden decking. Plus I needed a small amount of gutters and fascia installed where my 1930 bungalow was missing. They also installed an attic fan. I believe I received quality materials and workmanship and outstanding value from William Brooks III LLC Roofing. They were ontime, within budget, and cleaned up, they did all they said they would and backed it up in writing. I will definitely recommend them to others.

For starters, the job-site was kept immaculately clean throughout the entire project. The week scheduled for our job turned out to be the rainiest week of 2019. Brooks took every precaution to ensure that there was no internal water damage. They pushed through to meet our tight timeline and had the job done a day early in spite of the weather. This is our second time using Wm. Brooks III. We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the job and the service provided. Highly recommended!
