They came in right away and started, and were very clear on what they were doing and checking for. They gave me a lot of information as to why they had to do what they had to do and followed through.

The quality of their work was fine. However, they switched project managers on me after four months. That completely restarted the timeline of the project. There were two items they had been contacted to perform. They only performed one of the two.

The first people that I dealt with were not forthcoming in my mind (Jay) . He said He would collect my deductible on one day and showed up early not the day that it was agreed upon. He also said that the work would be started on a certain date which it didn't it was much later. Other than that workers were professional and completed the work in a timely manner.
