I think the quality of work and professionalism of the crew speaks volumes for the company, but as stated below there are some areas that were disappointing & changed my overall satisfaction.

The price for the roof and gutters was competitive, the quality of the materials was excellent, the crews showed up on the day and time indicated, the work was done timely and efficiently, pictures were taken and supplied at each step of the process, someone was always available to answer any questions, and the clean up was so thorough that you couldn’t even tell any work was done until you saw how beautiful the roof looked. How can you ask for more than any of that?
