Professional from start to finish. Work was done on time and clean up was perfect. I have not one complaint regarding this company. I would recommend to others.

Do not hire this company. Papers signed in Sept., promised 3 weeks to complete.Still in our house throughout the holidays. We were unable to decorate or host the holidays as originally planned.We finally told them they were done 5 1/2 months later. We kicked them out with the job not completed.They do not show up when stated, days or times.Calls go unreturned.Tried to cover up their mistakes, hoping we wouldn't notice.Used subpar materials.Did not cover intake vents when drywalling.Got drywall mud on furniture that was pushed over to one side.Paint on floor, trim, counters, top of refrigerator, top of cabinets.Foreman never shows up to check on the work.Took the check from our insurance company, never followed up on the job to see if it was completed.Comment each time we were actually able to talk to a person - "I thought they were done with that job."But, they got paid.

Unlimited Fire Restoration Inc, Representative Agnes was very good. She was very thorough and professional. The crew arrived before schedule and waited patiently in their vehicles until the scheduled arrival time. The work was completed timely, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all questions and explained what they were doing and why it was needed. I have recommended Unlimited Fire Restoration Inc and will continue. I was completely satisfied with their staff and the quality of work they performed.

It was a horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. There was only one installer that acted and performed in a professional manner and that was the gentleman who layed the new flooring.

Unlimited Fire was responsive to our needs and showed compassion for our situation from the very first time we met them after our house burned until it was completed and we moved back in. I would recommend them anyone.
