They were very easy to work with and very responsive. The team got our project done very quickly, and our house looks great.

From the sales rep through the project, US Siding was diligent about making sure we were happy with materials selected, color choices, and project options. We made some changes along the way based on questions we asked and advice they gave such as deciding to insulate our house and they adjusted the project and accommodated these changes quickly and happily. We had some items at the end that took a little longer to close out because of supply chain issues and they kept us updated and saw the project through to completion. Our house looks great, is well-insulated, and we're very happy with the outcome!

They did a great job start to finish. They are very professional in all aspects of their work and very responsive.

The final product is great, but there were numerous issues along the way. My garden was trampled several times, even areas I'd blocked off. Crew ignored project manager's instructions to leave the electricity alone but went ahead and did unlicensed electrical work themselves on live wires. I had to ask several times for all construction waste to be removed. After the work was completed, I found out the workers had broken two windowsills; had to chase them for two months to get paid for the damage. Communication with them was difficult. Again, the house looks very nice but too many headaches to recommend them.

US siding was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were looking to side our home with hardy board planking and wanted to get a few quotes. G came out for the initial estimate and spent well over an hour with us explaining every little detail, you could tell he knew his stuff and took pride in his work, we knew right away that he would be great to work with. They were very organized and got the project moving along as soon as the weather cooperated. I can't say enough about the communication, it was awesome. We felt like we always knew exactly what was going on with the project and They ALWAYS answer the phone when you call and get back to you right away with answers to any questions. Even when we had some hiccups along the way and things weren't running smooth at times, We were always kept up to date with what was happening and they didn't rest until everything was fixed to our satisfaction. This was where we were happy we went with them, because when the job was getting tough G and his team did everything above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and we were happy in the end. And the best part is our house looks absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them.
