The staff at TryState Cleaning and Mitigation are truly amazing. Lori, Anthony, and their team were thorough, professional, and courteous! They answered all of our questions, and even checked on us during the weekend!I appreciate all they did to help us, and will definitely recommend them to others!

They took away casing around my door, WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD AND WOULD SAVE (They probably forgot) and, when asked about it, I was told it couldn't be saved. I have had three estimates who informed me it could have been saved. ALSO, when removing wet insulation, it was rubbed on my wall as they ran downstairs to go out to dispose it. I saw it later and was very disappointed, as it stained the wall. Also, broke several items in the room they were working in (a rolling shoe rack (rollers broken) and hat attached on the back of the door - broken) I found out AFTER I was hurriedly given the release to sign. The guy was very nice and complimentary and had a "gift of gag", but did not follow through like he promised.
