Called for exterior wall repair and told no problem. Consult person arrived and gave estimate and asked to check our roof.Next thing you know we need a $8000 roof. FINAL BILL $12,000 with no wall repair.DEMANDED $4000 ON THE SPOT FOR WOOD and TOLD ISURANCE DID NOT COVER. Insurance adjuster said he never spoke to them. Did not know we needed wood.DO NOT USE

I thought they did outstanding work. They were very organized and very responsive to any questions I had.

I had a wonderful contact, Scott. He told me to call with any problems needed, with any help, and gave sympathy when my husband died. There was three different finance companies that were told to me. I was confused at whom I was paying. I didn't really need financing because I got money from the insurance. That was the only thing. I am not critical of that. They did a beautiful job with the roof and everything went so well. The three companies were Service Financing, Pure, and Mariners. That was just confusing but had nothing to do with Tri State, just with their banking stuff. They did a very good job, and I was very pleased.

Everybody that I worked with was truly professional. Sometimes I had to ask the same questions twice, but he told me it wasn't an issue and that it was okay. I really appreciated the guy I was working with.

When the work was all said and done, it was fine.
