They were awesome! They were in and out and did what they had to do!

the gentlemen who came in and got rid of the water were wonderful. They were always on time and did the work neatly and took great care in making sure that the area was completely dry. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate for the repairs however, made it clear that they didn't want to do the job. They gave me a date of at least 6 weeks before the repairs and quoted me a rate that was over $1000 more than i ended up paying and it was done in 3 days. I understand that the job was small but they clearly were taking advantage of me .I would recommend them for water removal, but for the actual repairs they are way way overpriced.

They sent people who ruined my brand new furniture in my bedroom,used my vacuum without my knowledge to pick up rug pieces and left my carpet not stapled at the edges. They took my bookcase off the wall and did not put it back!!!! I was left with a mess!!!!

Water remediation led to problems. Property said to be dry when job completed. Two days after completion water seeped out of a wall onto wooden floor. Clearly visible. Insurance adjuster said he called Mammoth but no response during the following week. Switched to another company to complete the drying process. Mold was discovered growing on the studs in the problem wall. Mammoth technician at my home was very pleasant and explained clearly what he was doing and why. Job was simply not completed properly.

They scheduled the work at the time I would be available to provide access to the work area. They always showed up on schedule. Hope I never have the same problem again. But, if I do, Mammouth Restoration is the company for the job.
